• For entity-related services, such as drafting a partnership agreement or operating agreement, a quote will be offered after initial consultation.

• Representation in other matters is generally $350 per hour. 

• Work performed by a paralegal or legal assistant is $100 per hour.

• In unique circumstances, a contingency arrangement may be available for Consumer Protection/DTPA related issues.

• Court costs, filing fees, and mail fees are fixed by the State, jurisdiction or carrier respectively; these are not negotiable.

• No personal injury representation.
